Shaving recipe for today.

Prep: Warm shower:/Asda Tingly Mint & Tea Tree Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears Transparent Bar Soap. + Nuage Menthol shaving Oil.
Brush: Fine 24mm Synthetic.
Face Lather.
Lather: Palmolive Classic Shave Sticks. (Grated)
Blade: Voskhod. (D1.)
Razor: Merkur 39c.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezings, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils.+3 Menthol Crystals, Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Lidl Cien X-Bolt ASL./Aloe Vera Gel.

The humble grated Palmolive classic shave sticks never fails to provide me with a super protective slick lather leaving a good post shave feel. Superb stuff!

A Enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report...Finishing to the shave off with a small dollop of Aloe Vera Gel.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.

Thanks Jim, I can't believe the difference in smoothness between the SS and The Ti. It makes you question if the geometry changed. Mind blown. At $300 I doubt I'll ever own one (Just can't justify it for my circumstances) but color me IMPRESSED 1 shave in !

Happy Tuesday Everyone. I am still sticking with the creams and bowl lathering. I will say my results are improving but I don't see myself bowl lathering soaps. Three passes and touch ups just missed the baby. My lower right neck proved to be my nemesis once again. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

Nice! Most reviews say the Ti version feels like a different razor.
Added to my want list. Gotta be polished though.

I've read those reviews and just had the doubts in my mind how that could be possible if the geometry is the same. Had the experience it for myself and I have to agree that they are spot on. Congrats and hope you land one when they get around to doing the polished!

Good morning!

Another terrific shave to start the day! I played with the settings today. I used I, III and V. Just a smooth and easy three pass shave.

Tenth shave with the Sailor. Third shave on the Platinum Lux, time for a blade swap. This is when I usually switch razors. I'm not sure I'm ready to put the Sailor aside. I'll decide tomorrow.

Awesome shave Clint. I am with you on the bowl lathering. However, I am going to bowl lather tomorrow just to change it up.
