17th June 2021. Shaving recipe for today. Prep: Warm shower:/Asda Tingly Mint & Tea Tree Shower Gel. Pre: Cold wet flannel to my face. Pears Transparent Bar Soap.+ Nuage Menthol shaving Oil. Brush: Omega 48. Face Lather. Lather : Phoenix & Beau Star Noir Shaving Soap. Blade: Voskhod. (D2.) Razor: Merkur 39c. Post: Cold water face wash with brush squeezings, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils.+3 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Baylis & Harding Amber & Sandalwood ASB. Greetings, Early morning shave, Last outing of the Voskhod TC blade which has performed wonderfully throughout the week.... Another smooth efficient combo with the Merkur 39c slant mowing through my stubble with effortless ease making my early morning shave a pleasurable experience...Each and every blade that i have used over the past month or so have been wonderful if i where to choose a favourite it would be the Gillette Nacet. Near on equally par it would be the GSB, and the Yellow 7 o'clock Sharpedge....I would also like to mention that i have other Russian made blades that i like that give good satisfactory shaves...A enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report. Finishing to the shave off with a small dollop splash of Baylis & Harding Amber & Sandalwood ASB. My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine. Keep safe, and enjoy your day ladies & gentlemen.

Thursday June 17, 2021 Razor: Blackland Blackbird Ti Blade: Wizamet (6) Brush: Knothead Brushworks "The Kentuckian" Soap: 1508.5 Project Baron's Choice AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70 AS 2: CHH Tobacco Fragrance: Ethos Dragonsbeard Consecutive Daily Shaves - # 953 3rd and unfortunately my final shave with the Blackland Blackbird Ti. I have had the chance to try and buy for $300 a Wolfman and passed on it after shaving with it. I can't see having a razor that costs that much...................but I would be a buyer of one of these if available at the moment. It's that good for me and surprises me to say that. The problem is there are other razors that I have that can do the job at a fraction of the cost and .......................SQUIRREL !! .....................my attention span will no doubt have me questioning this memory of the great shaves and whether it's really worth the price again by the time they are available again. Shane said it would be awhile before another drop after his last drop on June 6th and his awhile is........... A WHILE sometimes. Again my great thanks to Pete (Patriot) for allowing me to try this great razor. It's packaged up but I do say after 3 shaves it looks a LOT like a worn out Ball End Old Type by Gillette. Odd, I hope it shaves the same as you remember even if it doesn't look the same........Just ignore the slight difference in appearance and shave quality Buddy ! June 17, 2021 Tatara Masamune Feather Tatara/Semogue Godrej Menthol Mist Shave Cream Grand Bay Rum Aftershave Happy Thursday Everyone. This week is really going by very quickly. I can say I am past ready for the weekend. I decided to change things up and go with the Tatara Masamune but continue my efforts to finish off some shave creams. The Tatara/Semogue boar brush did a wonderful job face lathering the Menthol Mist. Three passes and touch ups ended an another automatic BBS shave. A splash of Grand Bay Rum aftershave and I am off to a client site for the day. I hope everyone has a fantastic Thursday.
