I normally do not shave with 20 hr whiskers, but I am giving my testimony with a bible teaching on taking care of your body. I believe that I should look my best as I do this presentation Also, I my beard appears sooner than when I use an open blade razor. I bowl lathered today and it really is a nice feeling when the soap is painted on your face. I did 3 passes because I had an abundance of lather. I hardly do 3 passes, but why waste a great lather. BBS was the result, but did get a tiny weep on my stache area. I believe the blade was on its last legs and that's another reason why I did 3 passes. All in all, it was a nice shave. Enjoy your day guys!
  8. Well, this is a day I wish I had a Rubber Stamp device next to me, as my shave was quite similar in results to yesterday's. Course the major difference was the products used. Just like yesterday, I skipped a section that badly needed to be shaved(jawline, under right ear-about the same place as yesterday, but a little to the left.) Just like yesterday I carefully went over an area that saw some red polka-dots Thursday, with no further redness. Prior to the shave, I held the Gillette Foamy can under the sink water for a few seconds to hopefully get the foam warmer upon face and neck administration. No cuts/Knicks. 1 pass. The Aqua Velva A.S. went on well enough, but still I had the Niagra Falls effect(wasn't too bad though). I'll give this one a Super Duper Excellent.

  9. Just checking back in again. Tomorrow I am officially leaving for bootcamp so I figured I would go ahead and complete and post my final wet shave here on the Den. I have learned so much about wet shaving the past 3 years and through the support of you guys on here. I’m going to miss talking to each one of you but it is time I complete this next chapter of life. A few of you guys know about some of the problems I’ve faced when I’ve talked to you about them through PM. That includes Gary. He has been very supportive along with the many others here. I will return here eventually though. Other than that, you all be safe and be well!

  12. It was, Blair. I forgot to add that "just like yesterday" I went back to the missed area at my jawline, and shaved it off. I've been doing well of late in my shaves.
