SNMIRN/Kai. 8 setting. Another enjoyable shave. Touch up on crown stubble with my single edge Barbasol NFH/Proline. I think what keeps this from being an A shaver rather than a strong B for me is not its mildness but its lack of rigidity. Unfortunately the cap won't hold on when using a shim . Only a problem in that one area so not an issue for most folks I'm guessing.[IMG]

Shave of the Week Starting 21 June 2021

Pal 3 piece razor (British made)
    GSB or Astra blade
    Burma Shave Boar brush
    Viking "Citron" SS
    Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe
    Assorted A/S

Rummaging through my shave cabinet again and ran across this Pal razor. British made and aluminum, I didn't hold out high hopes that the shave would be anything special. Well, was I ever wrong! This is a really delightful, lightweight shaver that worked ever so well for me. The Burma Shave boar is nicely broken in and does a fine job building up a nice lather. The Viking "Citron" SS is a really fine product too. Not much left so I think I'll just keep using it till it's gone. Might take a couple three weeks but that's ok. Like I said, nice soap. So, my face is very happy. Now go enjoy your day folks. viking1.jpg
