  6. You're right Blair....I think it came due to excessive shaving down at Cactus Nation...there was too much foam I wanted to kill off.

  7. Thank you Joe....I could have done a little better, but thankfully the Bill Neumann A.S. is great "skin food".

  8. I just brought my Guerlain Fresh Vetiver up for the current "lineup". I wonder how Fine Vetiver stacks up against it.

  9. Estes Park!!!! Been there many summers. Lovely area. Looks like you stayed in what used to be the Blue Spruce cottages-with the Big Thompson right there.

  13. Green Vetiver is Fine’s dupe of Guerlain, Paul. Fresh Vetiver is their dupe of Tom Ford’s Gray Vetiver.

    Shaving recipe for today.

Prep: Warm shower:/Asda Tingly Mint & Tea Tree Shower Gel.

    Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears Transparent Bar Soap. + Nuage Menthol shaving Oil.
    Brush: Anbbas 24mm Synthetic.
    Face Lather.
Lather : Scottish Fine Shaving Soap.
Blade: Chinese Gillette London Bridge. (D4)
    Razor: Parker 55SL Semi-Slant.

    Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezings, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils + 3 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Brut Attraction Totale ASL./ Creightons Sensitive PSB.

    Greetings,

    Early morning shave,

Last outing of the Chinese London Bridge blade on it's fourth use which felt as though it carry on with a few more shaves, but i will retire it to the blade bin. Four no-drama shaves from an inexpensive blade is enough for me.

The Scottish Fine Shaving Soap never fails to provide me with a excellent slick protective lather for the shave leaving a wonderful post shave feel.

A Enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups close pleasurable shave with no errors to report....Finishing to the shave off with a small dollop of Creightons Sensitive PSB.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.;)

Keep safe, and enjoy your day ladies & gentlemen.

    AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70

ALWAYS a smooth and extremely close shave with the Krect. Baron's Choice may have but a few more shaves in it. Had to transfer to the Turkish copper bowl for next shaves. Have a fun day !

  20. Thanks, Jason. I don't own the original Terre d'Hermès EdT, which has been reformulated a few times over the years. Supposedly, the parfum is a throw back to the first version of the EdT. That being said, the Fine shave soap has the same DNA, but lacks the nuances of the Hermès. Does it matter? I don't think so. The soap is quite good and you can still find the original formulas on Ebay from $12-$15.
