1. A few weeks ago, @BBS sent me his Senator case that was basically in pieces to try to put it together. You can see two strips of cardboard, actually three pieces glued together to get the correct thickness needed to add to the bottom of the case because most of it was missing. 2nd pic shows what was added to the bottom. The cover was taped on the corners and I had to glue them together. Probably the weakest part, so I added a piece of paper around the sides of the top with plenty of glue to give it more strength. And after finishing it, with a chrome paint pen to simulate chrome where it was missing, my Senator and blades to show what it looks like.............

  4. Very nice.
Did you color in the insert tray, print a cover, used colored paper?
I'll share two things in my tool kit are gummed paper tape, a toothpick and wood glue.
The paper tape is amazing, wet the backing with a wet towel or sponge and it's thinner than a stamp...just fold it in place, remove, wet it and then work it in.
For broken box corners, I use the ittiest bit of wood glue "speard" into both broken seems. Then stick em together and pull apart once or twice to gum it all up and work a nice corner with a flathead screw driver...or your nails will work, but I keep mine short :).
You don't use hardly any glue, it dries in minutes and you'd never know I was there.
  5. Yeah, I've used screws in some jobs for strength.
  6. Here is the razor going in that case before and after.
