@jtspartan doesn't object to a $7 Omega boar brush I purchased for giveaway earlier this year...and still haven't given it away. It will stay in the box or be given way during my NB period.
Believe it or not, I'm still OK on shave den inventory.
I unpeeled a Tabac shave stick refill from the wrapper today. You haven't lived until you get the first whiff off a brand new Tabac stick. It's a wonderful and complex aroma with top notes of manliness, winning, and fresh German air.
Sorry, all, for being scarce these past few days. We were kinda busy leading up to our Minnesota trip. (
@Trigger we made the 13-hour drive in one day. It has been a long time since we've done anything like that. We had some interesting traffic-related detours, but we actually enjoyed driving through the mid-western farmland. We even saw a Bald Eagle in Iowa. We felt good after we arrived, as we've learned to take frequent breaks on the road.) We've been here a few days and have seen some friends. We get down to business tomorrow morning. We have a few things to complete each day next week.
My travel kit is a tribute to
@jtspartan on every level. I'm using a 30DC LE brush and a wonderful Gillette NEW SC that I acquired before the NB went into effect. Both items originated from Jason, and they are definite keepers. I've used the SC since mid-month, and it shaves like a dream. The cherry on top of the sundae in my travel kit is the Tabac shave soap...again, a tribute to Jason and his 30-shave Tabac journey that begins in January 2022.
