The replacement part showed up about a half hour ago. Task complete and everything is put back in place. So glad I'll be shaving at my own sink in the morning.

    Razor: Frederick Reynolds 5/8”
Brush: Sawdust Creation Studio Malle Burl
Lather: LA Shaving Soap Company Blackfern
    Aftershave: Brut
    Additional Care:
    Stirling Alum Block
    Nivea Cool Balm
    Stirling Tea Tree Witch Hazel
An excellent Fougere Friday shave. The Black Fern is an exceptional soap. It has fantastic scent. A little goes long way. An almond size scoop of soap with the assistance of the boar brush produced enough lather that filled the bowl and easily would have completed two three pass shaves.

Hope you had a wonderful day gentlemen.

  10. Good to hear from you Perry. Glad to hear the family is well. Agreed, it was one of the most challenging yers of my 42 years of teaching. Fortunately for me, I will not have to find out why yer 42 would be like. My deepest admiration to your and our other teaching colleagues on this thread for the continued challenges the last year and half will bring to eduction in the future.
