    Mr.Burberry

    Fragrance Family: Earthy & Woody

    Scent Type: Citrus & Woods

Key Notes: Grapefruit, Vetivier, Guaiac Wood

Fragrance Description: This fragrance contains fresh, crafted top notes of crisp, zesty grapefruit cut with a seductive base of earthy vetiver and smokey guaiac wood. It is classic yet contemporary—sophisticated and sensual—capturing the essence of London and its moments and fusing the classic scents of a British perfumery with unexpected ingredients.

About the Bottle: The bottle is inspired by the iconic black Burberry trench coat, its quality, craftsmanship, style, and timeless appeal honors its signature design details. Bold and masculine, the weighted cap references horn-look buttons, while a handtied knot in English-woven gabardine sits around the neck, celebrating the innovative fabric invented by Thomas Burberry more than 100 years ago.

About the Fragrance: A man of contrasts—classic yet contemporary, sophisticated, and sensual with a sartorial elegance and a rebellious attitude—he is authentic and British, London is his home, a city of subtlety and surprise. The Mr. Burberry Eau de Toilette is refined and elegant, not pristine or perfect. It‘s an energy and irreverence that defines their style.

Fat Friday with the Slim! Oh YEAH!

It has been a crazy morning and I finally got to where I can post my shave.

Do I really need to say anything about the lather? MWF and the T3 go together like bread and butter.

I would say that this is my best shavette shave to date. The motions are getting more natural and I'm noticing that I'm adjusting for the contours. It just takes practice.

Two completed passes with three on the neck. There was no leakage and the alum was warm in just a few spots.

Finished with the witch hazel and Stetson. I'm smooth and smelling good!

I hope everyone has a great Friday.

    I almost forgot.

    Dave @Dave in KY

I'm going to get your two pucks of Williams on the return trip with the Ti. When does the pass around start? :D
  5. Awesome shave ya got there, Dave. Take care.

  8. Fabulous Fat Friday shave Gary!
  9. Splendid shavette shave Danny! You will find that you will experiment with different manuevers as you get more comfortable shaving with an open blade.

  10. Gee, I must have needed an extra cup of coffee because I called my Böker from yesterday's shave Spartucus, but it is a King Cutter. I originally wanted to shave with my Thiers-Issard Spartacus, but chose the Böker, however, the Spartacus name was still stuck in my mind while I posted yesterday. In any event, my post was corrected.

  12. You could get a Bill Neumann A.S. and mug for that amount. Sometime in the future, I just might throw down another $60(to get the free shiping), but it won't be 2 more aftershaves-it will be a different combination-perhaps 30 for one aftershave, 18 for a shavesoap(the smaller size)and 12 for the mug.

  18. If a Tabac Fan please proceed cautiously. Just saw this posted on DFS

On an other forum I saw a lot of posts that there was a reformulation of the epic, classic tallow based soap TABAC. It is now free of both sodium and potassium tallowate....
    Here goes another one.....
  19. NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO!
  20. Great shave minus the nick, Paul. Take care.
