Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears Transparent Bar Soap. + Nuage Menthol shaving Oil.
Brush: Fine 24mm Synthetic.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Home Bargains Stainless Steel Side Bowl.
Lather: Monsavon au lait.
Blade: Baili Platinum +.(D1)
Razor: Baili BD191.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezings, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils. + 3 Menthol Crystals, Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Cien X-Bolt ASL./Aloe Vera Gel.

Early morning shave.

The Monsavon au lait as always provided me with a wonderful protective slick lather for the shave leaving an excellent post shave feel....I had all intentions to carry on with Baili Platinum + blade for a third outing but changed my mind at the last minute and used a fresh one instead which felt smooth and efficient.

A Enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups acceptable comfortable shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a small dollop of Aloe Vera Gel.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.

So ive had this soap for awhile and unfortunately the moisture in my bathroom ruined the paper wrapper. So since the soap is loose now i decided to try it out..

So first thing i noticed…. It looks like crap. Literally the color looks like dark brown piece of hard crap. Lol the tip was a little dingy looking and i was really second guessing myself. This soap is hard and it smells musky and old. I rubbed this nasty soap on my face LOL! So the lather is also like a yellowish weird tint..the lather was separating from this weird foam which looked like old thin foam from some kind of liner .. it was weird. The lather kept disappearing like new Williams and had similar slickness. I kept adding water in between passes and the lather thickened up. This soap likes water and performed really well on the later passes. The musky scent disappeared as i lathered, but the yellowish tint was still there.

A damn good shave . Bbs smooth.

The Tabac Shave Soap lathered well with Tom's B-3 Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Schick M Adjustable Razor with a Schick Proline B20 Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

How can I neglect my dear friend Jaco’s great soaps? The Kudu’s Kick has such a lovely coffee/peppermint scent, it gives such thick, rich, slick lather, its menthol sensation feels so good, and it leaves a very comfortable postshave feeling. The Prep and the Alt Innsbruck finished the job perfectly. Another awesome three pass BBS work of art!
