What are you waiting on to arrive...?

I finally received my Yaqi 24mm 2band badger (Finest badger) Mountain lake brush, this brush got caught up in the mailing systems of the world. Oh well squeaky wheel gets greased . I bought this brush on sale and touch of BAD possibly, like I need another brush. I always enjoyed the looks of this handle and hand feel is awesome and know I have it in my collection.

Thanks Jorvajr, I have the Yaqi Artic sky in a 24mm synthetic also (same handle), looks like a have sky, air and now they will come out with a land theme brush possibly.

So Jeff got in touch and told me about a razor that the person would not ship the razor they had for sale (Now I know another place he hunts his goodies ) It happens to be within 2 hours of me and I'm supposed to go get it this morning. Excited about this score and hoping it doesn't fall thru........Dated 1898 or 1899. Thanks for the info and heads up on it Jeff @jmudrick

 

Per message I sent the razor and case are mismatched, the razor is the Star from the same period. They look much alike

Ah you were right! Star did use the Gem as a set name going back to 1887 and as late as 1897.
