    XPEC~~Simpson H4~~Barbasol Floating Head/Polsilver~~Creed Aventus
    Extra-special shave with the above-pictured cast of players.
    Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the all-star line-up:
    Leading off is the once-revered XPEC.

    XPEC can dance toe-to-toe with anybody else on the floor. No hyperbole.
    In the number 2 spot we have the one-of-a-kind, to my knowledge no other exists,
    lone exemplar of a Simpson Harvard 4 knotted with SiLVERTiP badger. :shocked029:
    Batting third and fourth, we have the one-two punch of the Barbasol Floating Head Razor
    .....aaaaaannnnnnddddd....an original Polsilver blade, double-wrapped and having never seen the light of day until this morning.
    The players were in sync and the conductor of this merry band was on his game as well.
    Crash go the symbols
    Ta-ra-ta-ra sing the trumpets
    Whoosh, swoosh down go the whiskers.
    Schmoooooooooooooothhhh. :happy088:
    Since 2010, no other scent has created such fervor.

    5 spritzes to my corpus     dilecti at 9am and 8 1/2 hours later it has pretty much become a skin scent.
    A great skin scent, all the same.    ​

    good day gents.post office pick up today from jolly old england.
    the short handle set arrived,minus the strop.
    beautiful condition.had an oiled valet blade in it.
    loaded the twice used feather in it and went to town.
    lovely citrus lather built with the mighty simpson best badger,
    took my time and did a smooth 2 passer in the usual manner.
    matching splash to finish.
    awesome.:cool:

    these razors were quite common in england before the war.
    happy to be the proud owner of a near pristine almost complete set.
    now to find an unused brit strop..:scared011:

    Thanks, Joe! I got a really good price for it since the owner considered it mutilated because a small piece of the tail had been removed! I acted like I needed to be persuaded, but I’m pleased as punch with the razor, and the great edge I put on it! One doesn’t shave with the tail! ;)
