Adjustable August
Parker Variant (5, 3.5, 1, 0.0)
Sharp Star (3)
Derby Lemon Cream
Stirling Tuxedo brush
Fine Accoutraments bowl
Stirling Citron Splash
When I commit to shaving with an adjustable in August, I deliver…….
…….at least once anyhow.
The razor I used on my initial 30DC rule the Parker Variant. I stuck with a setting of 2, ‘then’. I know why many folks usually run adjustable tool wide open, but if I’m gonna use an adjustable, I’m gonna adjust. First wide open then down from there. It was fun trying to stay on optimum angle and not add pressure on the low settings.
Derby Lemon has all the glorious stank luxury of lemon pledge, but is an effective shave lube. Somebody even tried to put their coffee cup on me. Speaking of which, I better head to the kitchen an try out that coffee flavored pudding I made.
Bowl and brush sloshed the suds masterfully.
Stirling Glacial Citron is a nice citrus blend but doesn’t out-stank Satsuma or the unobtainium Glacial Lemony Orange.

Got them to machine the part I smashed at work last week back into true by illustrating how a 2hr setup could go 13 man hrs easy enough. Machine shop had it done in less than 2hrs and $200. Duh! Well there goes some of that shave gear OT. Runs good now. No more magnets on the feed end.
Good day y’all.
