Maybe if I just dye it black they would both be happy. I'm all about compromise.

Haha! The razors are in a very safe place for now and will never leave my house . Strange to be buying shampoo instead of shave soaps though. When the beard does come off it will be with a straight I'm thinking.....or maybe a hockey skate . Oh Canada!

Since I have been a TSD 30DC member, I believe this is the shortest time between shaves for me. I really did not need to shave but I have church this evening so I am always clean shaven for it. I chose the Slim in keeping my "S" them for this month and dialed the setting to 7. I found that there isn't any need to go to the max setting on such a short stubble. I will continue using the Blood on Steel soap this week because I believe I only have 2 more shaves to finally finish the tub. Did 3 passes of WTG, XTG and ATG with hardly any touchups. It was a banging BBS shave all the way without incidents. After the alum and witch hazel treatment, I double splashed this awesome aftershave to finish this great session. Have a great rest of the day.

Very nice shave Paul. Try placing part of you finger over the opening of the splash to control the flow.

@Trigger suggested that, too. I've tried that a few times-even this morning, but I must be doing it wrong. I'll keep at it, thanks.

That would be an interesting shave, all right.Course the thing would fly out of my hand as I try to "steady" it.

Yes, that is true. I think you should practice covering the opening and sliding the thumb to slighly uncover the opening and then quickly cover it once again, all the while keeping the top of the bottle facing the ceiling. Afterwards, do the same with the bottle inverted, but just slide the thumb once to cover and uncover the opening. If you need more splash, then do it again.
