When I was growing up, Yardley's make lavender soaps and shampoos, plus hair tonic. My dad would sometimes use these products. Are they still popular?
I enjoy lavender soaps and aftershaves. They can be more a masculine scent Razorock soap( discontinued)with excellent lather qualities. A good aftershave scent is Razorock King Lois Lavender and another one is Ach Brito Lavanda cream & after shave IMO.
Lavender shave soaps are popular enough. Ive bought 2 from different makers. Each different variety and scent.
One of my favorite soaps is Monsavon Bol A Rasor. I think it is French. It has a wonderful lavender scent. It is very cheap where it is produced, but very hard to buy in the USA.
Lavender and other florals are popular enough among men and don't forget that we also have some female wet shavers who might gravitate more toward the fresh, clean scent of lavender. My family doesn't use fabric softener for various reasons and use lavender sachets in the dryer instead. Lavender is probably the most mainstream and unisex floral scent IMO.
When the local supermarket had Block Island hand soaps, I'd frequently get the Lavender. It was nice.
Not overly girly….Razor Emporium small batch lavender. It’s one of the slickest non-tallow soap I’ve ever tried. Very protective too. I recommend. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I have TOOBS and this one. I really like Castle Forbes best. I also have a puck of lavender from Classic Shaving that I have yet to use.
I just got yesterday Extro Cosmesi’s Lavanda Muschio and I already love it. I plan on pairing it with Ach Brito Lavanda cologne that I use as an aftershave. Lavender is a great relaxing scent that works for any shaver.
I enjoy the scent of lavender. Shaved with WSP Lavender earlier this week. Use Ach Brito Lavender and Stirling lavender and sage for colognes. For bath soaps trader Joe's has a nice lavender scented bar that comes from France
I like lavender and my two favorite lavender shaving soaps are: DR Harris Cyril R Salter Both awesome tallow based soaps!
