Shave of the Week Starting 2/28/2022 Razor - Pearl Blaze Blade - The Gentleman Brush - Fine Classic Synthetic Cream - Williams Menthol Post - Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe A/S - Assorted This will be my 3td week with the Pearl Blaze razor (stay tuned for review) and all went well. The Gentleman blades came with the razor, upon purchase, and they're nice. Not top tier to me but a decent, easily usable blade. The Williams SC works very well but I'm not a big fan of the scent. All in all, this was a nice DFS shave and my face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

Hello Steve, the adaptor with the magnets is suppose to be awesome and if it works well I would just stay with it. The Enders blade tabs are the weakest part of the blade IMO.

Pre-shave: Van Der Hagen Shave Butter Lather: Hendrix Classics & Co "Havana Breeze" Brush: Yaqi Timber Wolf Razor: Supply 2.0 (plate 2) Blade: Supply White Label (1) Post-shave: Omega Alum Stick and HC&C White Star balm with Havana Breeze drops I did things backwards, getting the new Supply Single Edge Pro and then buying their previous 2.0 model. I have been wanting to try one anyway and since they are making them anymore I thought I'd get one while I could. I'm also planning on getting the new SE plate when it's released as a standalone part. The weight and feel of this one is similar to the Pro but the shave is a little different. I had less blade feel, even with the number two plate. That's not necessarily a bad thing and I did get a very close suave. Someone suggested that I try the number three plate to see if I like it better so I plan on doing that soon. I recently got HC&C's unscented soap along with a bunch of the fragrance oils, one of which was Havana Breeze. I decided to try kicking things up a notch by adding a few drops to the normal Havana Breeze soap and I wasn't disappointed. I really like being able to control the scent strength. It's a great system. I ended up with a very smooth BBS result. Even over twelve hours later my face is completely smooth. No wonder I love SE razors so much. Thanks for reading and have a wonderful day!
RR Hawk V3A Feather Pro Semogue BC Mistura 26mm MWF The shave was this morning before work. It was my first one since last Wednesday and I figured a fresh blade was in order. After using the Schick Proline bades for a while, I figured I would give the Feather Pro another shot. Decent shave, but I prefer the Schick offering. It isn't bad but just not quite as sharp as the Schick. Enjoy your day.

Superb Tabacstag This is the 8th shave on this blade and it is still butter smooth and efficient. I tried the Supply aftershave for the first time and it feels nice. Soap- Sara’s Creations Bergamot/Black pepper Shave- Braun Series 7 electric. Lately, I have been using the electric a lot because; 1) Thanks to a side effect of medication, my leg hair has been growing slowly & sparsely. 2) This shaver has a pivoting head that works extremely well, giving me a shave that is nearly as close as a wet shave. So I got a DFS today.
Colibri (Hummingbird) with 1.1mm plate. Feather blade (3). Delrin handle synthetic brush. Soap Commander Fortitude shave soap. Timeless shave bowl. American Tobacco by Andy Hilfiger. Awesome Tuesday shave. Have a great day everyone!
Retirement day shave Soap: vintage Williams Brush: Jayaruh JR#393 Razor: Rockwell 6C with R2 plate Blade: Gillette 7 O'clock stainless green After: Ariana and Evans post shave serum I was delighted when the mail yesterday brought me a wonderful new brush JR#393, gifted by @Jayaruh in the TSD raffle. Beautiful brush! I soaked it last night and did a couple of lathers with Arko to start the boar break-in process. This morning I just used it and got a great result from the vintage Williams soap. Today is my last working day. Working remotely makes some things strange. Previously at my company, a last day was largely ceremonial. The person came in, had a meeting with HR to sign some documents, turned in their laptop and their badge, and had a going away lunch with their coworkers. I have already met with HR over video and signed documents via DocuSign. I am supposed to take my laptop to FedEx and they will pack and ship it back. I shall say goodbye to coworkers via video. Other than that, it's a work day in which I am trying to wrap up a project I have been working on for months.
