Love the Lord SC; pleasant scent, lathers so easily, gives good skin care and has a slight but nice menthol feeling. Kinda hard to find sometimes but worth it to me. The Henson razor is a gem, easy to use and gives me great comfortable shaves. So, my face is very happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

 

That's a shame!! By any chance, how about Clubman??

Razor : Micromatic OC- Mfg 1930-41, great upper range, built to last, solid brass with chrome coating, this razor helped Gem Mfg survive through the Great depression.
Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE(9) very sharp, excellent longevity, smooths out nicely + predictable.
Soap : Ogallala Bayrum with sandal wood- nice Bayrum scent with great lather qualities.(slickness)
Brush : Yaqi Panda 24mm Tuxedo knot, excellent lather generator , cloud like soft tips, nice scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Witch hazel beard soap residual cleanse, Ogallala Bayrum & Sandalwood+ a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers=Excellent shave with my Micromatic + a coated gem blade.

Prep: Warm shower:/Lynx Africa Body Wash.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Chantry Lavender Goat's Milk Bar Soap.
Brush: Semogue 1470.
Face Lather.
Lather: Vie-Long Shave Stick.
Razor: Gillette Guard. (D2)

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils.3 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Brut Alaska ASL./Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel.

I haven't gave the vie-long shave stick much attention for a while and forgot how good this humble inexpensive stick performs and the lather it created in a short space of time.

A enjoyable early morning 2 pass + pick ups DFS with no errors to report....The Gillette Guard always provides me with quick fuss-free shaves...What more can i say.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel.

My face is feeling smooth & smelling divine.

The Tabac Shaving Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #432 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette 195 Adjustable Razor with a Gillette Silver Blue Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I wish I could send you the Skin Bracer but the transportation laws prohibit alcohol based stuff by plane. Dammit….

Well, at least the Spanish Aqua Velva is available, it's one of my favorites too. Not the same thing of course, but excellent anyway.

Then there is of course many other mentholated aftershaves made on this side of the pond, most of which I haven't tried. I will some day though!

 

I've had a cold the last two days and cannot smell anything so no idea on the aroma on this one for the moment, but super easy to lather and post-shave slickness is top-notch.
