    Stopped at a small pharmacy while I was out. Figured I’d buy me some more clubman, everyone loves to narc on clubman aftershave and say it reminds them of mothballs but I love this stuff. Shame they didn’t have the bay rum. I was really in need of barbicide, my fat boy needs a lot of deep cleaning and removal of soap scum that I’ve neglected to remove, guess this will be an upcoming project for me.

    You should feel sorry for your fellow jarheads because their nose is not as discriminating as yours when it comes to fine scents such as Clubman.

    I waited all day for my shave to have more to shave off. Took a shower so, face was ready. I continue the adventure with the open blade. Today, I used the DX with a ProGuard blade and the japanese style shavette that Jeff sent me with a Light blade in it. 2 pass with a little cleanup but whole shave done with the shavettes. Constant remains the Prorasso Blue. Captain's Choice "Italia" was the soap of choice. The DX did a good shave WTG. I picked up the japanese style to do under my nose. I re-lathered my face and went ATG on my neck and cheeks. Got SUPER close! I was impressed! I was very careful on my chin but I did manage to open the nick from yesterday. That was the only damage done. I put some lather on my neck under my jawline (my tough to get close areas) and used the japanese style to clean up that area. I may not have to shave tomorrow. We shall see. Finished with the alum bar for minimal feedback. Cheeks gave me none at all. Pinaud "Clubman" to top it off.

    Very pleasant, close shave.
