the gillette new series open comb razors are very smooth and efficient.great also if you have longer whisker growth.they do tend to get bent teeth if you drop them.
So I've got this 62 adjustable slim. Very clean, TTO works perfect, the adjustment knob clicks nicely, I can move the base plate smoothly against the spring tension. But there's no change in blade gap anywhere in the 1-9 setting range. Wondering what mechanism ramps the blade gap up or down? Any ideas?
the adjustment knob should push the movable plate up or down in small incrementsone should relieve the tto tension before adjusting..
I do. I'm releasing the 1/4 turn lockdown for the silo doors prior to changing the setting. It's like there's a ramp missing at the adjusting knob or something. I dunno.
