    I am heading out for a ride on my bike. I need to get more raw peanuts and sunflower seeds for the chipmonk that has friended me. I been feeding him every morning for the last few weeks.

    I buy black oil sunflower seeds, ostensibly for the song birds, but the chippies and squirrels get quite a bit, too!

    Them lather catchers are gold! The price tells me this! And the scarcity. One day I will find one for a decent price. I have seen one but, the plating was half gone!

    I spoil him and get the striped sunflower seeds. Large bag for 10 bucks. They last a while because I only put a handful out every day. He eats every one! Peanuts too! He will peek out at me as I pour the food out.
