My brother Fernando did it again - his Frosted Bay Rum is a tallow based treasure with such a beautiful scent as well as some of the thickest, richest, slickest, cushiony lather I ever experienced, a wonderful menthol sensation, and such soothing postshave care. The Prep enhanced that feeling, and the Floid Vigoroso aftershave’s delightful old school barbershop scent along with its icy cold menthol punch was the cherry on top of the cake. Three passes with my cherished Super Speed and the Wilkinson Sword blade left me absolutely BBS!

This is the third Tom White week in a row. This week I am using the famous Brass TAR by Tom and lathering once again with Tom's Brush B-3 Badger Brush. The razor is a double edge razor similar to the Merkur Progress.

The Eskimo Tuxedo Shave Soap lathered well with Tom's Brush B-3 Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Brass TAR Razor by Tom with a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Mighty fine shave to start the week with. I find myself reaching for the Henson +++ more often than not lately. For me it's a real gem and an easy effective shaver for me. The Williams SC really works well though I'm not a big fan of the scent. But that's just my smeller. I know others like it but, like I said, the performance is great. Using a natural brush this week which is unusual for me. I prefer synthetics but this is the silver tip I reach for. It's small but works so very well. And that's all I'm gonna say this morning. Razor : Gem Pushbutton- Mfg 1958-65, excellent tame mid range, theme razor for that time era possibly when cars had push button transmission shifting instead of stick shift levers.
Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE (10) very sharp, excellent longevity, smooths out nicely + predictable.
Soap : Razorock Santa Maria del Fiore, nice vanilla scent with light scent of tobacco + excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi Moka 24mm synthetic, excellent lather qualities, heavenly cloud like soft tips, gentle scrubber, excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock Santa Maria del Fiore with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Great shave with my Gem Bush button with a Gem coated blade.
