When you say "Catracha". are you using that as reference to a "Honduran Girl" in Central American dialect?
Mine too! Choluteca. I've been to Tegucigalpa a number of times. Have you been to "El Patio" Restaurant?
Yes, about 10 years ago now. There for the embassy interviews. I've been to her mom's house half a dozen times too, closer to San Pedro Sula.
Oh no! Hope it's not too long a wait: Good morning Philip. Thank you for contacting URUGUAYAN PRODUCTS ON LINE. The importer/manufacturer did not have the product in stock. We are constantly working so that these situations do not give. And we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are optimistic that it will not take much longer and your order will ship soon. We are at your disposal. Best regards.
Maggard has these in stock now. So, if you would like to try the Dr. Selby (which is REALLY good), here is your chance. https://maggardrazors.com/products/dr-selby-lavender-luxury-shaving-cream-125g
Is the 400 shaves from the bowl accurate? I've never had a cream last more than a couple months at best. Even Proraso in the tub would be hard pressed to hit that number, I would think. Is it thick and croap-like, like Proraso?
The “cream” in the bowl is actually a very hard shave soap; it’s not anywhere near as soft as a cream or croap.
As stated, it's a hard soap. I guess you could compare it to a good glycerine soap made in the USA. 400 shaves? Maybe using a synthetic brush since, for me anyway, synthetics use less product. I have gotten about 175 shaves out of a tub. But, like I said, it's really good stuff (to me)
