I been proactive in protecting myself. I take 10,000 iu of vitamin D every day and 2 caps of Quercetin. Supposed to help protect. Especially the Vitamin D. So far, I been doing good.

Most of us are deficient in Vit D and this is why we get sick (or so I have read)

myself as well.though in different ways also.mine came from a family member.

Sorry to hear Brian-I''ll call soon for my second booster. I'm a little upset, as my sister recently tested positive, just after getting her second booster. She was at a conference in Spain though, thus many people around.
