  3. I have a couple what I would call Premium razors. The Hawk is one of them and prolly my fav. It is very versatile with the 2 base plates I have for it. It has some heft to it and is nicely balanced. I like heavier razors. I also seem to lean more towards the single edge razors. I may start the week with my Featherweight. That little beast demands respect or it will bite! It is an early one before they tamed it a bit. It has been a month since I used it!

  4. It's very good...nice and cold. I went right down to where I could see bottom, thus bet most of that 4 oz. is along the side. Will go again with it tomorrow, with more water on the brush than today(as I said in my report. I'll have a bigger brush too).

  5. Treat your Featherweight with respect, and you'll have no problems with her!..Don't shy away because you've had a bad experience,"I had the same experience with Feather Hi-stainless blades, the first few times i used them, now i actually really like them.
The featherweight is like any other razor once you gain your technique & shaving confidence,'Which you are gaining rapidly with each shave, like everyone else, your on a winner...Any razor can be a beast Aggressive or non-aggressive if you have doubt in you mind when shaving with it. It could possibly be you like heavier razors, and in your mind you think you have to add more pressure than is actually needed...Barry.:happy088:

    Greetings,

    A relaxing Sunday morning shave.

After the den cleanout i was left with the unopened Boots Cool Cologne Lather Shave Cream, which along with Palmolive classic was one of the first shave creams i purchased when i introduced myself to traditional wet shaving.

I can't remember the i last time i added it to my soap/cream rotation, and forgot how it produces a good protective slick lather, with a nice clean fragrance...However, it's not quite as good has the Palmolive Classic cream, but still a good in-expensive shave cream, which i have totally under appreciated, like a few other shaving assortment i now have left in my humble shaving den.

Another close comfortable shave with the Parker InjRzr isn't the most assertive of my injector razors, but it always provides a comfortable close shave. Today was no exception.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Cien Sensitive ASB.

My face is feeling smooth and smelling divine.;)

Stay safe, and enjoy your Sunday ladies & gentlemen.
