Early Morning Shave,

A comfortable shave to finish my shave week off wonderfully.

I personally find the 1914 the most efficient out of all my vintage E-R razors mowing down stubble with effortless ease.

An enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops Aloe Vera Gel.

My face is feeling smooth cool, & smelling divine.

The LaToja Shaving Stick lathered well with Jayaruh #340 badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Schick 66 G-4 Razor with a Schick Plus Platinum Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

As we say in German ganz tolle Rasur mein Freund!

It felt and smelled so good to use the Glacial Citron soap and aftershave this morning - the scent is so beautiful. Lemon, grapefruit, and tangerine all come together to give such a delightful refreshing effect, the soap’s tallow formula gives the lather such richness and slickness, the menthol sensation is so intense that my eyes were tearing during the second and third passes, and the postshave feeling was wonderful. Needless to say the Prep delivered lots of extra cooling, moisturizing as well as soothing, and the Glacial Citron aftershave has the same gorgeous scent as the soap and it’s another menthol atom bomb. The Tech/Wilkinson Sword combo and my skillful technique ensured another brilliant three pass BBS shave!

Razor : Yaqi Chrome Mercury head with Yaqi chromed Aluminum hexagon handle- Mfg 2022, mild to tame mid range, well built, very nice finish of chrome on the Zamak alloy, easy to find narrow sweet spot. Yaqi claims it for beginners? and I would just say mildish to tame mid range. Excellent shave this morning with this New Yaqi razor head design.
Blade : Gillette Polsilver iridium (1) sharp & smooth with great longevity, I always cork 1once with these new blades because of coating. Nice blade for myself.
Soap : Gillette Pure cream, excellent cream with a nice unique clean scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi Robin 24mm bore bristle, excellent lather generator, soft split end bristle hairs, great scrubber + good lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock Irish Countryside splash with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless). excellent balm.
Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= excellent shave with my Yaqi Chrome Mercury razor with a Polsilver blade.
