    Tatara Masamune with closed comb Masamune plate.
    Feather blade (3).
    Yaqi two band badger brush.
    Soap Commander Liberty shave soap.
    Timeless Razor shave bowl.
    Cremo Bourbon and Oak EdT.

    First run with the Masamune closed comb plate. Very mild and smooth.

    The Masamune close comb plate has a gap at .63mm with a negative exposure of 0.13mm with the Masamune top cap.

    The Masamune open comb plate has a gap of 0.73mm with a negative exposure of 0.10mm with Masamune top cap.

    The Nodachi cap can be substituted which will change the blade exposure as well. I may start experimenting with that tomorrow.

    Overall it was a very nice three pass shave and I'm very impressed with the way the Masamune handles the Feathers.
