    It says CHOOSE File.....I can't go beyond that. I need some time to work with this. I saved the photo on my phone, that's all I've been able to successfully do.

    That is a step in the right direction. When you hit the “Choose File” button you be given an option for photo library or camera. Try selecting the photo library option
