You know, it took me almost 2 years and 7 months to realize that Jeff/Crackstar had answered my question about his love of Arko sticks. LOL! :ashamed001 I was reviewing this thread, after one of my pen-friends (yeah, I collect and use fountain pens, too) mentioned TSD and I remembered having an account (albeit, dormant) and being somewhat active at the time. Was surprised to see my own posts here, and all the memories came flooding back! LOL! Yes, I've been shaving over the last almost-3 years! :happy102 So, here's my late answer to his: "Ah cool, Jeff. My favourites are: Valobra stick(excellent lather, soapy scent) Speick stick(very good lather, superb scent) These are my top 2 soaps. Tabac is the slickest but I think it dries up my skin..Too bad
I have only tried a few but the best is still my first soap. T.I. sandal wood. Love that smell. Can't wait to try JoAnna's soaps. I like Palmolive Sticks and cream but they cause black spots on my razor so there just for DE shaves now.
