I hope you can get that Cobra where you want it, Joseph. I know how much you’ve wanted one of those iconic beauties.

Arko that regenerates itself? Sounds like a horror movie…

Arko's value proposition exceeds expectations once again, even going so far as to defy The Law of Conservation of Mass!

After those 30 shaves, Joseph, you'll need to expand your shave den and get more of them fancy soup bowls. :happy108:

Looking back, you've banned me at least 20 times and twice so far this month. I keep coming back just like the Arko. :git:

The things I do to accept a challenge...
BTW, the worst, and I mean THE WORST part of this challenge, is that my bathroom now reeks of Arko 24/7.

I guess, I'll have to ban you 40 times.

Using the same setup, I completed Arko shave # 3 this evening on a little more than two days of growth. The two-passer shave was excellent, and I'm as near a comfortable BBS as I've ever been.

All kidding aside, the Arko makes a seriously good lather - slick, protective and stable. I leave the partially unwrapped stick out on the sink top between shaves. Like Joseph, I get whiffs of Arko throughout the day. While I'm not crazy about the scent, I don't find it offensive, either.

I'm planning a road trip next month to see friends, so I packaged up 9 of my 12 sticks for gifts. Either my buddies will like it, or I won't be invited to join them next year. :D

I'm having fun following along and seeing everyone's 3017 progress. I hope you all are having a great weekend.

All true. Arko bears the heavy burden of a mass-conspiracy, eschewing its virtues and focussing on its stank, which, btw, imo, it does! :happy102:

    Day 5
    [IMG]

This shave took place yesterday afternoon.
I cracked open a new box of Feather Professional blades.
This is the first time using one of these and the shave was indeed slightly smoother.
As stunning as the Cobra Classic is, it has one huge downside:
It's VERY difficult to hold when my fingers have the least amount of soap on them.
Awkward is the best term to describe this. I can see why the King Cobra was created, to allow for handle replacement.

The Arko keeps chugging along. Lather was thick and rich with a modicum of sheen.

The Jerry Juice is a really nice, inexpensive Barbershop scent and the addition of menthol is the cherry on top.
