My face will probably need all day to thaw out after this heavy duty menthol bombardment - the Glacial Wintergreen soap, balm, and witch hazel are three menthol atom bombs. The scent is delightful, while I was lathering up and shaving my bathroom was filled with that wintergreen fragrance. The soap’s tallow formula gives it such fantastic lather that’s so rich, creamy, slick, and protective, as soon as the brush makes contact with your face the menthol sensation begins to clobber you, and the postshave feeling is so soothing as well as comfortable. The matching balm and witch hazel are a godsend for sensitive skin and for a menthol monkey like me. Three passes gave me a dynamite BBS shave that was such a pleasure!

The Musgo Real Shave Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #4 Badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 3D InjecTR v1 Razor and the Schick Plus Platinum blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lustray Spice AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Today(Friday) was a repeat of yesterday's Throwback Thursday shave. Second of 5 straight brushless shaves. I got rid of the astroturf on the left cheek, not so much on the right. Not bad on Porcupine, but could be better. One Knick on Cactus. Right in the middle. Great location for @Sara-s archery talent(course she has some recovering to do). No cuts, the Knick, and no polka-dots. Another Very Excellent..

SE SOTD, December 2nd 2022

Razor : Yaqi SE Excalibur 50mm- Mfg 2021>, tame mid range, simple clamping system, small head parts, this razor works well for myself and is defiantly one of my favorites. I get stellar shaves with the Yaqi Excalibur and very enjoyable to use.
Blade : Schick Proline p30, sharp & smooth with reasonable longevity for a AC blade, pairs well with my Excalibur.
Soap : Razorock Irish Country side- unique scent(Irish Creed?) with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Rainbow" 26mm brown whiskers synthetic- excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock Irish Country side splash with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my Yaqi Excalibur 50mm with a Schick proline p30 blade.
