The A & E cream is nice. I smeared a little on my cheeks and lathered up with a wet brush. The PAA brush is quite a monster in size, but the knot feels great and the handle is nice in the hand.

I am enjoying the RK blades in the Henson V2. They are less sharp but smooth and not irritating. A generous splash of witch hazel with extra aloe and glycerin gave me a comfortable finish.

I am thinking of trying a different AC blade for my Cobra Classic. Till now, I have used Feather Professionals and Supers. These Schicks would fit, right? How are these in comparison, if you can say?

Prep: Warm shower:/ Asda Tingly Mint & Tea Tree Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face & head.
Palmolive Naturals Olive & Milk Bar Soap.
Brush: Omega 11137.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Home Bargains Stainless Steel Side Bowl.
Lather: LEA Classic Sensitive Shaving Cream.
Razor:1940's Thin Handle Gillette Flat Bottom Tech. (ENG) (Face) - Gillette 7'0 Clock Super Platinum. (D1)
Razor: Schick I1 Injector. 1955-58 (Head/Dome) - Schick Japanese Twin. (D1)

Post:

Last shave of 2022.

The most memorable wet shaving highlight of 2022 for me was been introduced to Injector razors.

I was kindly gifted a Schick Type G Injector to me by a friend from @jgreenepa who is sadly missed from TSD, along with a fresh magazine of Personna PTFE SS injector blades.
My first impression and appearance of the Schick injector was the I really liked the design and the feel of the razor.

After my first shave i was instantly swooned by them and added the Parker InjRzr, Supply V2 my first and only fully stainless steel razor the Build & quality standard of the Supply is the best razor i have purchased to date.
The last and firm favourite is the Schick I1 Injector which was also gifted to me by another shaving forum friend fitted with a fresh Japanese Schick Twin Injector blade, it's magazine containing a few extra blades, along with a tube of LEA classic shaving cream.

The Schick I1 Injector paired together with a fresh Schick S/S Twin blade was a sheer pleasurable experience slicing through 7 days worth of head stubble with effortless ease.

The Schick Twin blades are expensive but the longevity efficiency, and smooth comfortable performance they provide is absolutely superb and the cost of them is well worth justified.
The previous blade provide me with nine combined face and head shaves. A great addition for my Schick I1 Injector.

A close comfortable face & head shave shave with no errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Cien Men Sensitive ASB.

My face & precious swede are feeling super smooth & smelling divine.

Two passes and touch ups with the Supply SE Injector Razor and the Supply Black Label Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva 5 in 1 After Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Do I ever love the De Vergulde Hand soap - its scent is so beautiful in an old school European way, it’s such a pleasure to lather, and the skincare is pretty damned good also. The matching balm has the same lovely scent, it’s so moisturizing as well as soothing - not only that, it gives a bit of a cooling sensation, and the matching aftershave spray smells just as delightful - it pairs very well with the Drakkar Noir. Three passes gave me a wonderful BBS shave to close out the year!

DE SOTD, Saturday, December 31st 2022

Razor : Razorock German 73 slant, Mfg 2016>, mid range slant, well designed and similar to Merkur 37 C slant design. This is the first razor I used and received a BBS and it still can crank out BBS shaves 5 years later.
Blade : Gillette silver blue (4) sharp & smoooth with resonable longevity.
Soap : Yaqi Musketeer Rapier, nice fragranced soap(Aramis?) with excellent lather qualities. Yaqi commissioned Master soap creations S.A to make their line of soaps and aftershaves.
Brush : Yaqi "casino clubs" 26mm timber wolf synthetic, excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Yaqi Musketeer Rapier + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results :CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + 3 tiny weepers= excellent shave with my RR German 37 slant with a GSB blade.
