Prep: Warm shower:/ Asda Tingly Mint & Tea Tree Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face & head.
Wright's Coal Tar Traditional Bar Soap.
Brush: Omega S10065.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl : Home Bargains Stainless Steel Side Bowl.
Lather: Derby Shaving Soap Bowl.
Razor: Parker 55SL Semi-Slant. (Face) -Treet 7 Days Platinum. (D1)
Razor: Ever Ready 1912. (ENG) (Head/Dome) - Personna Gem PTFE SS. (D2.)

Post:
Cold water face & head wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face & Head Rinse./Alum Rub. / Cold Water Face & Head Rinse. Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel. /Herbs of Bulgaria Lavender ASL./Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel. /Adidas Extreme Power EdT.

A new eclectic shave set up to start the weekend.

A wonderful performance from both the Parker 55SL and the E.R. 1912. The English version of the 1912 i find slightly more assertive than the US version. That said, both are a joy to shave with.

Like all my other Parker DE razors the Parker 55SL has paired together with all of DE blades i have paired it up with. Some have been better than others, but all have given me acceptable results to date.

A close comfortable face and head shave with no errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a few small squirts of Adidas Extreme Power EdT to the pulse points.

My face & precious swede are feeling super smooth & smelling divine.

The Proraso Red Sandalwood Shave Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #199 synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Supply SE Injector Razor and the Supply Black Label Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Citrus Musk Cologne. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I can’t believe how I went four days without any menthol - that’s too long for me, yes? It sure felt great to lather up with and enjoy the beautiful scent as well as the chilliness of the Williams Menthol cream. The Prep and the Aqua Velva gave me lots of additional moisturizing and menthol goodness. My Plissoft synthetic worked the cream into such thick, rich, slick lather and my Goodfella/Astra Green combo delivered an awesome three pass BBS shave that was so pleasurable!

DE SOTD, Saturday, January 14th 2023

Razor : Gillette slim - Mfg 1962 H1, Excellent adjustable, some tab overhang to be aware of, made to last generations. Very enjoyable shave this morning.
Blade : Gillette silver blue (5) sharp & smoooth with reasonable longevity.
Soap : Ach Brito Lavanda, very nice lavender scent with some herb mint freshness + excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi " Mountain lake" 24mm 2 band badger, excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + great lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave :Ach Brito Lavanda with witch hazel + Geo F Trumper sandalwood skin food. (nice light Sandalwood and light herbal scent. Nice post skin feel, 1st use.)
Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my Gillette slim with a GSB blade.
