    La Savonnière du Moulin~~Hucklaration DG B5~~Gillette #44 RFB/7 O'Clock Black~~Oud 24 Hours
The Gillette was loaded with a once-used 7 O'Clock Black. Still very sharp.
Tomorrow, I am going to transfer the remaining soap into my Aesop stainless steel bowl.
The next plateau of a good 3017, the first...come on??? You know, say it...

    The doughnut hole. :p

  2. Please provide concentricity measurements so that we can estimate shaves remaining (assuming fast 'n loose lathering methods) on the puck. If you are more familiar with eccentricity measurements, as I suspect you are, that would also suffice. :think002:

  3. Thank you Joseph.

That soap is just about done and dusted.
  4. I'll get those measurements off to you before the end of our next fiscal year.

  5. "fast and loose lathering.".......wish I could do it like that.

La Savonnière du Moulin~~Rubberset 400/3~~Kampfe Bros. Star/Gem~~Small Batch Shave Tonic
As the observant viewer will notice, the Ass Milk now resides in my shaving bowl, where it will spend its last days.
Fantastic lather was created by the Rubberset. Rich 'n Creamy; Über-protective and sublimely slick.
The Star razor guided the Gem blade deftly over my face and cleaned up the 24hr stubble with aplomb.
Picked the stank to please Dr. Mrs. Primo.
Yes...I can be very considerate, if needed.

  10. Hope today was a good day, @clint64
Mine was challenging, but as I sip on a tall, vodka/grapefruit, things are looking up. :eatdrink047:

  11. Sorry for the snarky response, Paul. I do believe, the fiscal year is usually decided by the company. I could be mistaken. Where I work, I believe it's from 7/1-6/30.
It's always a year and I would assume...:scared003: that there must be tax implications involved in the dates.

16 straight days has me just about totally nose blind to the particulars of the splash, even though I know it is a strong scent.
Not about the 3017 per se, but I love this Floating Head.

    La Savonnière du Moulin~~Hucklaration B5~~British Red Tip/Gillette 7 O'Clock Black~~Vintage Aramis Havana
Yup, we're working this soap down to the nubbins...
How about this Red Tip? I should look so good for 70-ish years old.
New 7 O'Clock Black (my last) really did a great job.
User error left me some weepers on the right side of my chin. :angry019:
Spontaneous SWMBOSOA© for the stank choice.
