I have been collecting vintage double edge razors since 2012. Something my late wife & I did together. Antiquing & thrifting, so much fun finding treasure’s in the wild. Something I miss doing, as it was our thing to do together. These days I mainly stick to eBay. But I’m looking to broaden my horizons. Change is never easy especially when you're as big as an introvert as I am. My first razor was a 1956 Gillette Flare Tip found in a thrift store, next was a 1953 40s SS it snowballed from there. Well, enough about my story I want to PIF to the community that has helped me in my journey. I’ll keep it simple…somewhat This PIF is for anyone into wet shaving You never owned a Gillette Red Tip I ask that you do not sell any of the items If you don’t like it PIF it on TSD Will let it run till sometime on Sunday Feb 26, 2023 Will use www.random.org CONUS only The razor 1955 (A4) Gillette Red Tip: The bad: Brassing under the head, slight plate loss on handle & a squeak in the TTO. The good: It’s a Gillette Red Tip Extras: A sample of: Chiseled Face Ghost Town Barber A pack of: Feather Blades Just say: I’m In & post a pic of one of your favorite musical artist. 1.FatherofSquirrel 2.Spyder 3.tarkaner 4.Ben Keller
I've always wanted one. I'm in. Hard to narrow down my favorite band, so here are a few: The Highwaymen
Great PIF I have two or three, not in. Maybe @sidpost will jump in. BTW I like a lot of different musicians so I just picked one I've been listening to today.
Very sorry for your loss. Thank you very much for your generosity. It is indeed a great razor. I have one and am not in, but wanted to recognize your generosity!
Thanks for a very generous PIF. I have a Red Tip and love it! I'm not in, but here are a couple of favorite tunes... Welcome to TSD, and may your heart be filled with sweet memories of your dear Bride.
I only have str8’s. I’m planning on traveling for a couple months and was looking to purchase a de for the trip. So your generous pif popped up. So definitely one of ma favorite groups- The Traveling Wilburys.
I saw 'em in concert at Freedom Hall in Louisville in 1977 or 78. Tom Petty opened for them. I still enjoy listening to their music.
I'm sorry for your loss. It's a very nice and generous PIF, thank you. I'm in please. I have a CA address. Good luck to participants. SM-S908E cihazımdan Tapatalk kullanılarak gönderildi
I always like to say "How is it that a fun-loving, easy-going, good-natured, positive-minded, soft-spoken man like me loves to crank up Boston songs? lol
