I recently won a razor from TSD Raffle. A Van Der Hagen adjustable razor. I said I would give a review upon first use. Here it is. Notice: Firstly, I did use a similar razor, a Ming Shi copycat, but I PiFed it a long time ago. Upon first looking over the razor, it is very similar design. It even felt very similar to the copycat I had. But the performance was definitely much different. I used a big boar brush, Stirling Coniferous soap. I used the blades that came with the razor. The razor was set at 6, the highest setting, upon first pass. This razor performed much better than the previous razor. It chattered a bit but it was a nice conversation during the shave. lol. Second pass was done on 1, lowest setting. It finished up rather well and left my head nice and smooth. This razor is a keeper. Much thanks to the donor, @Herm2502 and enjoy your shaves!
