Shaving recipe for today.

Prep: Warm shower:/ Asda Tingly Mint & Tea Tree Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears Original Transparent Bar Soap.
Brush: Lider Turkish Boar.
Face Lather
Lather: Derby Shave Stick.
Razor: Merkur 34C. - Silver Star Super Stainless. (D3)

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse./Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse/Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel. / Yelken Lemon Eau De Cologne./ Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel.

Early morning Shave,

The Merkur 34C/Silver Star SS duo continued to impress me with it's smooth efficiency, slicing through my stubble with effortless ease.

A close comfortable 2 pass + pick ups shave with no errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.

Awesome shave with the Mule razors. I tend to load up the MWF of the puck for about 70 seconds then take it to a lather bowl gradually adding a few drops of water until I get it the way I like.

Please keep me posted if @Trigger slices off any more body parts. We'll need to have a heart-to-heart discussion with him before its too late about using disposable razors instead of those axes. We'll see if we can wrench a couple of @Paul Turner's spare disposABLES away from his den.

 

Thank you, Joe. Its very rare, but I still do the occasionally get weeper, cut &knick like everyone else. Since I realised it's pointless trying to achieve perfection with each shave, my shaving errors have reduced dramatically. Enjoy your day.

A simple and classic shave this morning. The only modification I make to the Williams soap is to add 5-6 drops of glycerin to the lather bowl to aid improving the limited moisturizer properties of the soap.

I did my usual three passes with great results. The Taylor 1000 I won in a raffle in April of 2021. It continues to deliver a phenomenal shave.
