Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears Original Transparent Bar Soap.
Brush: Fine 24mm Synthetic.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Home Bargains Stainless Steel Side Bowl.
Lather: Nivea Men Originals shave cream.
Razor: Muhle R41. (2013) - Derby premium. (D2)

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse./Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse/Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel. /4711 ASL-Cologne. / Cien Men Sensitive ASB.

A relaxing Sunday morning shave.

The Nivea Men Originals shave cream never fails to provide me with a super protective slick lather leaving a good post shave feel. Superb stuff!

A comfortable 2 pass + pick ups shave with no errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Cien Men Sensitive ASB.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.

Oh boy I hope that this Rapira blade can last another couple of days because it really dulled out quite a bit. The Bombay cream from India is really nice - its scent is pleasant, the lather is excellent - lots of slickness to it, it has a mild but nice menthol sensation, and it’s very skin friendly. The Prep and the Alt Innsbruck aftershave were a great finishing combo. Three passes with some extra effort paid off to give me a super duper BBS shave!

Sunday Schick shave, March 12th 2023

Razor : Schick E2 injector, Canadian variant- Mfg 1930-'40's, mid range, well built and easy to clean. Very enjoyable shave this morning.
Blade : Personna SS PTFE injector (5) Very sharp, great longevity ,smooths out nicely + predictable .
Soap : Razorock Santa Maria del Fiore, nice vanilla & light tobacco sent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Moka Express" 24mm synthetic, excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock Santa Mari Del Fiore + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + 1 tiny weeper= excellent shave with my Schick E2 injector with a coated Personna blade.

Here my Sunday Shave (12.03.2023)


Preshave: PAA Cube // Razor: Tatara Masamune // Blade: Gillette Wilkinson India // Soap: SV Felce Aromatica // Brush: Shavemac 173 w. AP Shave Co 24mm G5C knot // Aftershave: Extro Bay Rum Marzo 2015

Wow…what a great shave. Why do i use this razor so sparely? Today it was an absolute excellent shave. Smooth, gentle, thoroughly. Star of the party was my new brush…Shavemac 173…i LOVE this shape. I decided to have something more „elegant“ for my new knot. Worked well if you ask me…

The knot is a 24mm AP Shave Co G5C, which should be THE knot which should be comparable with a Silvertip knot. You know what? This is absolutely true. It has velvet smooth tips, splays wonderful, don ´t hog lather and even holds water and heat within the knot. I am stunned…this will be my „exclusive“ brush for the next weeks just to see how it works. This knot makes a lot of fun…great.

After 2,5 passes i was BBS. A big, fat smile on my face. This has been a luxurious shave. The razor was so gentle in combination with this blade, that i think this is a very good combo for the future. Nice, easy, joyful. Felce Aromatica…don ´t need ANY words. Heavenly scent, top notch performance. Still one of the best soaps out there.

Two passes and touch ups with the Superior Lather Catcher and a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Dickinson's Witch Hazel and Aqua Velva Blue Ice After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
