The Art*Razor Old Chap Art Shaving Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #1 Silvertip Badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the C.V. Heljestrand Lather Catcher and a Heljestrand Wedge Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Dickinson's Witch Hazel and Lilac Vegetal. Sunday Schick Shave, March 19th 2023

Razor :Schick adjustable injector M3- Mfg 1970-72, all aggression ranges, well built to last with some care, This razor will fit any Schick blade invented for injectors and will take AC modified blades also from my experiences . I put it on the lower setting today for a DFS+ and that mostly a carefree shave.
Blade : Personna SS PTFE (4) very sharp, smooths out over a few shaves, excellent longevity + predictable.
Soap : Ach Brito Lavanda cream, nice fresh mild mint & lavender scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi"Cavern lake" 24mm Tuxedo knot, excellent lather generator, cloud like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG(2) + ATG(2) + pickups(3 setting).
Post shave : Ach Brito Lavanda with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my Schick adjustable injector with a Personna coated blade.

My last two shave were with the TARMAX SE by Tom White. The first one was a little rough but I blunted the corners of the blade before the second shave and it made a huge difference. I also did better on the second shade e with keeping the top cap flat to the skin.

Razor : Star bar model #4 lather catcher, Mfg 1919-20, tame mid range, this razor works perfect with a new blade, not to many razors can even come close for results IMO. It seems to shave ever so slightly better than the Gem Jr bar for my self. Had a excellent comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE(1) very sharp, excellent longevity, smooths out nicely, predictable + safest blade to handle.
Soap :Razorock Emperor, unique linear sharp scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi " Casino club" 26mm timber wolf knot, excellent lather generator, heavenly luxury cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. I like the face feel this brush offers!
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock Emperor with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= stellar excellent shave with my Star bar #4 with a Gem coated blade.
(It does not get much better a shave then this one today!)

Today was the first shave with the TARMAX Injector. After shaving with the DE and SE versions the Injector was pretty intuitive. The shave was smooth and easy. I will most likely try it with a Schick Proline B20 next shave. The Proline B20 is one of my favorite blades.

Brush : Yaqi "Red Zebra" 26mm snow leopard synthetic knot, excellent lather generator, heavenly luxury soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock American barber with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= excellent shave with my Gem Jr bar with a coated Gem SS blade.
