Razor : Yaqi "Slope" slant 316L SS with a Yaqi brass chromed matte handle- mild to tame mid range performance depending on blade, excellent machining and finish is adequate for my shaving needs. This is a torsional type slant razor with a sloped safety bar that makes it one of a kind in design(never seen another in my limited research). It has a low profile shape for working under the nose area. I get excellent shaves with the extra wide Kai SS blade with this razor for stellar close comfortable shaves as a daily shaver. Had a carefree close shave with no issues shave this morning!
Blade : Kai SS extra wide(6) sharp and smoooth with excellent longevity. One of my favorite blades that's still Mfg in extra wide.
Soap : Razorock "Irish Countryside", nice clean unique scent with some of the best lather qualities made IMO.
Brush : Yaqi "Sagrada Familia" 22 mm 2band badger, excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. It has a small handle but it sure works well for badger brush owners who enjoy a badger brush IMO.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock Irish countryside AS with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= excellent shave with my Yaqi Slope slant with a extra wide Kai SS blade.

Although I’m generally not a big fan of glycerine soaps there are exceptions and my dear brother Jaco in Pretoria, South Africa makes a lot of fabulous ones. The klipspringer is a cute little antelope native to southern Africa and this soap has a beautiful coffee/peppermint scent with great lather, it’s quite mentholated, (it’s supposed to be the mildest one of Jaco’s Kick series but it beats Proraso Green!) and it’s so skin friendly. The Prep always delivers so generously on the postshave care, and the Fougère Santal aftershave from Reef Point not only smells gorgeous it gives a whopper of a menthol punch. My lovely wife bought it for me as a gift with a great soap a few years ago. Three passes gave me a dynamite BBS shave that I enjoyed immensely!

The Williams Mug Shaving Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #424 Synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Yaqi ShaDE Razor with MM Handle and a Gillette Silver Blue Half DE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Clubman Pinaud Lilac Vegetal After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Thanks Jeff....and yes....that was the one I sent you!. Unfortunately NSS has shut up shop. She must have been one of the first artisan soap makers here in the UK but lost prominence with the avalanche of soaps which appeared on the market a few years back
