Yes, the Musketeer Rapier is supposed to be a carbon copy of the Aramis scent which I absolutely love. I’m planning on buying that soap and aftershave!

This Delmy soap is apparently the cheapest shaving product on this planet. It’s made in India and it literally costs pennies according to what I was told. Yes, it’s a very small soap but it gives HUGE performance - it has a beautiful old school barbershop scent, it lathers like a champ, and it’s fairly skin friendly. My adorable little Frank synthetic is a terrific brush and I received it not too long ago and if you’ll notice it has a Canadian and an Israeli flag on it. The Prep moisturized and soothed my skin so well while the Polar Ice aftershave went on with its wonderful old school scent - it’s a Canadian barbershop classic. Finally, a little Aramis and I was good to go. It sure felt great to use my cherished Super Speed and it helped to give me a dynamite two pass BBS shave that I enjoyed so much!

The HC&C GunSinger Shave Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #340 Two-band Badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Enders Speed Shaver and a Schick Proline B-20 Blade in a Enders Speed Razor Adapter gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

SE SOTD, Friday, May 12th, 2023

Razor : Yaqi Excalibur SE 50mm AC- Mfg 2021 with a Yaqi Milano SS handle>, mild to tame mid range, simple blade clamping system, small head parts, very affordable. I enjoy this razor and had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Schick Proline p30 50mm (4) sharp and smooth with reasonable longevity. Good match for this razor.
Soap : Ach Brito Lavanda cream, nice lavender with a slight mint twist with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi" barber pole" 24mm 2band badger, excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + great lather painter. This brush is a great brush for general shaving needs IMO.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Ach Brito Lavanda AS with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + 1weeper= excellent shave with my Yaqi Excalibur AC type razor with a Schick proline blade.
