I lucked out on work which is good since it is Mother's Day on Sunday. We will visit my Mom tomorrow so we can keep Sunday open for Swati. I will need to work next weekend though. I do love the color and shape of the Paladin. I was lucky to snag this one and treasure the brush.
No problem, I have seat for you and the MyPillow 2.0 makes the trip dreamy. We do have problem with the ice cream, please fedex me some so I can have the jet properly stocked for you.
Two shave but one picture. Working on the AoS tallow both days. Friday I woke up a little late and need a quick but good shave so it was a Cobra Classic day (Feather Pro). Saturday I could take my time and go with my smiling Ed Brice. The AoS is good stuff, but there is no scent. I think I will start making some super lathers, AoS + ?. TGIF to all, it is already Saturday here in Seoul.
May 13, 2023 Focus R52 Concave Zenith B2 Boar Gillette 7 O’clock Black MdC Fougère Supremacy Silver Afan Happy Saturday Everyone. Up and moving early this morning. We are going to visit my Mom for an early Mother's Day. I know she will be happy to see Swati and Maya. I am just along for the ride. I decided to change up the hardware and went with the Focus R52 razor and the Zenith B2 boar. With regular use this week, I anticipate the B2 brush will break in nicely. Despite its very light weight the R52 delivered a scary smooth shave. Now I am ready to face the day.
Thank you, it is the only hardware aquisition in the last year and half. It was a long wait but well worth it.
Sunday I decided to go for a super lather, AoS tallow + Castle Forbes. Two great soaps that go great together. A huge and fancy Revisor for the steel and Jicky for the stank. Charlie, so I forgot to put a watch in the pic.

Day 27 A semi-rushed quick shave before dinner with my wife and mother. I appear to be making good progress with the soap.
Day 28 I realize that I haven’t reached for a vintage Injector in quite some time as I seem to gravitate towards the modern Supply. This one (and a cool-looking ‘66’ G4) came from John @Screwtape near the start of my wetshaving journey. I might pass this one on to my son if he wants to try it, but it will stay in the rotation. A very easy two passer this morning.
