Here my belated Sunday Shave (14.05.2023)


Pre: PAA Cube // Razor: RazoRock 37 German Slant // Blade: Asco Orange // Soap: House of Mammoth Damocles // Brush: Shavemac Synthetic // Aftershave: House of Mammoth Damocles Balm

Outstanding shave. I have used the RazoRock 37 Slant only 1 time since i bought it several years ago. In my classic Wetshaving Beginning (around 2012) i had a Merkur 37c on loan and had a very bad experience. But hey…why not give it a try today, knowledge and technic have improved since then.

Boy what a great shave. The razor was smooth to the touch, gentle and thoroughly. I was even surprised of the blade, which i used for the very first time. Velvety on the skin, great sharpness and gave me a BBS Shave in 2,5 passes. The Soap and the Balm are top notch. Great great lather and skincare.

Easy a 10 out of 10

This Super Speed is such a precious treasure to me - for as long as I’ll live I’ll never part with it. The way it performs for me is unbelievable. The Bombay Shaving Company cream is awesome stuff - it’s from India, it has a very pleasant scent which seems to be a blend of tea tree oil and aloe vera, it lathers like a beast, it has plenty of slickness, there’s a slight menthol sensation, and it gives a very comfortable, soothing postshave feeling. The Prep and the Aqua Velva Sport aftershave finished the job superbly. Three glorious passes gave me a dynamite BBS shave that I enjoyed immensely!

A great shave.Slick,thick and dense lather with fantastic Lavender scent. I think i need to buy it. The rest went well. BBS in 2,5 passes.

All in all a 9 out of 10
