Razor : Gem Damaskeene 1912 OC- Mfg 1912-17, mild to tame mid range, works great with a modern Gem PTFE blade. This 1912 concept razor was the start of a very prosperous razor for Gem Manufacturing(ASR) and was just simply a success story and they manufactured millions of them over the decades into the 1940's from my limited research.
Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE (4) very sharp, great longevity, smooths out nicely, predictable + safest razor blade to handle.
Soap : Razorock Don Marco, nice citrus scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Casino clubs" 26mm timber wolf synthetic, excellent lather generator, heavenly luxury cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Italian barber(Razorock) Amici AS with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= excellent shave with my Damaskeene 1912 OC with a coated Gem blade.

Early morning Shave,

A wonderful early morning face & head shave....A great performance from the Haslinger Schafmilch.

My mature skin loves shaving soap that contains lanolin the slickness and post shave feel this soap delivers is superb...Wonderful stuff!

An enjoyable early morning face & head shave to finish my last shave of May with no errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Fresh moisturising Gel.

My face & head are feeling cool & super smooth.
