Injector and SE Shaves

This is the 24 consecutive shave with the Bunny V2.2 and the 11th with the Personna 74 in it. This shave was just about as smooth as the first. It will definitely be interesting to see how many shaves I get out of this blade.

Razor : Gem Damaskeene 1912 OC- Mfg 1912-17, mild to tame mid range, works great with a modern Gem PTFE blade. This 1912 concept razor was the start of a very prosperous razor for Gem Manufacturing(ASR) and was just simply a success story and they manufactured millions of them over the decades into the 1940's from my limited research.
Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE (4) very sharp, great longevity, smooths out nicely, predictable + safest razor blade to handle.
Soap : Razorock Don Marco, nice citrus scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Casino clubs" 26mm timber wolf synthetic, excellent lather generator, heavenly luxury cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Italian barber(Razorock) Amici AS with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= excellent shave with my Damaskeene 1912 OC with a coated Gem blade.

I don't remember this as the case, but another shaver across the street suggested that the solid bar plate was more aggressive. After yesterday's shave, I was all in to give it another go. I found the open comb to be rather mild.

The Williams Mug Shaving Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #439 Synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the PAA Starling razor with safety bar and a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Florida Water. The safety bar maybe was a little bit more aggressive and I got a closer shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Razor : Yaqi SE Excalibur 50mm AC type with Yaqi Milano polished 316SS handle- Mfg 2021>, mild to tame mid range, simple clamping design, small head parts( I like to work over a wash cloth!) + affordable. This little head gives some of the best shaves for myself and like to use it regularly to enjoy it for daily shaving rotation. This is a daily shaver for myself! Had a close no issues shave this morning.
Blade : Schick proline p30, 50mm (1)- sharp and smooth with reasonable longevity for a AC type blade IMO.
Soap : Yaqi Musketeer Rapier, nice scented soap(Aramis?) + excellent lather qualities. Designed for Yaqi soap and fragrance product line by Master soap creations S.A.
Brush : Yaqi "Viper" 24mm boar bristle, excellent lather generator, soft split end boar bristles, great splay scrubber + great lather painter. Nice brush to work the face and always enjoy the look of this brush handle with this knot.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Witch hazel beard cleanse + Yaqi Musketeer Rapier splash + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Had a excellent shave this morning with my Yaqi Excalibur 50mm razor with a Schick proline p30.
