The ARKO Shaving Cream lathered well with the Semogue Excelsior 1305 Boar brush. Two passes and touch ups with the GEM G-bar Razor and a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Clubman After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

A very nice gentleman sent me this cute little Frank synthetic and does it ever perform like a champ. The Delmy soap from India is so damned cheap but it’s actually very good. It has a beautiful old school barbershop scent, it lathers fabulously, it has quite a bit of slickness, and the skincare is fairly good. The Prep and the Polar Ice aftershave were a great finishing combo. Two passes were enough for a good BBS shave - no complaints!

Razor : Yaqi Excalibur SE 50mm AC style, Mfg 2021>, tame mid range, simple blade clamping design, small head parts so I work over a wash cloth, very nimble to work the face. I get stellar shaves with this razor and is regular in my razor rotation. Had a stellar comfortable close shave this morning.
Blade : Schick proline (3) sharp and smooth with reasonable longevity. Great blade to pair with razor for myself.
Soap : Ach Brito Lavanda, nice mild lavender with a touch of mint + excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Bali" 24mm 3band silvertip, excellent lather generator, luxury pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + great lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Ach Brito Lavanda with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= excellent close comfortable stellar shave this morning with a Schick proline blade.
