Preshave: Hot shower Soap/Shave cream: Stirling Soap Bay Rum Brush: Perfecto Badger Razor: 1952 Gillette Super Speed Blade: Gillette Silver Blue Post shave: Gillette Gel The only (minor) drawback to an otherwise perfect shave was the Stirling Bay Rum crumbling as I loaded the brush but it's just a thin sample size so no big deal. I wasn't a fan of the Silver Blue blade when I first tried it but now it's slipped into my "Hey, that's not so bad after all" category. Just a fantastic smooth and close shave. The old vintage Gillette Super Speeds are simply amazing ... so much so I already have 4 of them and another one on the way.
