If you like it big and hefty, KCG is a nice shaver. Parker is a bit aggressive. With a good technique It's nice. But I think this is the point ...
I found the KCG to be the second mildest razor I evet had - really struggled to get a BBS with that thing. While I think it looks really nice, the handle design really sucks - too thin, too heavy and the barber pole knurling only going over the top half the handle's length makes it hard to get a secure grip, especially when fingers are wet and soapy. The mildest razor I ever tried was the YingJiLi Tech clone - impossible to get a BBS result with (for me) - a shame since the handle and base plate were made of steel (according to my magnet) and it was just around 5 bucks on AE. I'd like to throw the all-stainless RazoRock GameChanger in the mix... starting with the mildest base plate (.68)... if the need arises upgrade to the more aggressive .76 base plate. But with a Vintage Gillette, especially a Tech, or a Progress I agree with too.
If you’re looking for mild …….. a Wilkinson sticky is a very mild but pleasant razor. Not sure if it was brought up here, but a Souplex is a nice mild razor as well.

@Alex7 , I have been thinking about this further. Based on your stated areas of difficulty, you might want to try an injector and shave with the grain only in those areas. I have the same areas of sensitivity on my neck, and injector shaves when done with care and attention, are top notch - zero irritation. Give it a try. You might see a world of difference.
Do consider the Overlander by Karve. I have the brass version and it's an excellent razor with one of the best ATG passes in the business.
Hmmmm, 30 responses -- about 30 different recommendations. What was your choice? Or would you like yet another recommendation?
Just avoid the Amazon models as from what I have found out later is part of the shaver is some harder stainless steel while the top is cast Zemek and usually the top ends up breaking off at the base of the screw in part or at best the threads wear out. People are not happy with these shavers because if the model had been made of all Zemek or all Stainless steel it would work better. For my top choice it would have to be the butterfly Wishi longer handle so the hand is less likely to bump the twisting open/close mechanism. I had this problem with the Micro Touch that is actually a Wishi short handle. The longer handle length is the Wishi brand basing the length off the old Lady Gillette butterfly models the Gillette brand made over the years as a double edge model as well as a Parker clone of the early Lady Gillette models. If not go with the Balli butterfly or 3 pieces both have the same mild shaver head geometry/comb as bonus those come with a case.
