Companies have done some “ interesting” things in the past. It has been a while but I remember someone reaching out to Maher & Grosh about that, and they basically said it was a marketing thing to take advantage of the thoughts of the time.
It would still be interesting to run a Geiger Counter over it. I wouldn't trust the word of a company on this matter.

That’s a tough call. A classic Filly is, well, classic - always satisfied with both of mine. However, the Iberia is also a stellar shave. I’d say see what’s available and at what price and pick whatever you like the best. You’ll be happy with either Note: @Steve56 is very well informed on Filly’s and I’m sure he’d let you know if one you’re considering is something to stay away from
I have kept an eye out for a nice Iberia, over the last few years. They are more scarce than the Filarmonicas, and can be every bit as expensive. I remember somewhere that the Iberia might have used Fili Blanks.
