    Greetings,

A new eclectic shave set up to start the weekend...

It's been quite some time since I added the Supply V2 to my razor rotation....The design of the Supply V2 injector razor is wonderful and like the vintage Schick injectors is solidly built to hold the blade firm & rigid in the razor head with no movement making the shaving experience feel safe comfortable, and smooth with no blade chatter they and very easy to adjust to finding the right shaving angle....As I have mentioned before in my posting I find injectors are such comfortable smooth efficient shavers especially for head shaving.

The heft & balance of the Supply V2 is excellent fitted with a fresh Personna Injector PTFE blade mowed through my face & head stubble with effortless ease.

Another enjoyable close comfortable face & head shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small squirts of Ard Al Zafran Dirham Oud EDP to the chest and pulse points.

My face & precious swede are feeling smooth and smelling divine. ;)

Stay safe, and enjoy the start of the weekend ladies & gentlemen.

  16. Frankenstein's Monster.

That's the only way I can describe this modified implement of total whisker destruction and pure manliness.

Take a Razorock Black Hawk, cut off the so called safety bar. Grind the head flatter and rounded so it can be ran at a lower angle when riding the cap, and you must ride the cap.
Use the blade that Razorock says not to use because it will make it to aggressive, whatever that means.
Then prepare for the best shave ever from a razor.
The only razor that even comes close is Tom's blade on a stick, with a new feather blade. A razor that's very hard to beat.

Since I've modified this razor, it's been used every day, 6 shaves, face and head. I get 2 full shaves from a single blade. I tride a third shave, but the blade is just not sharp enough.
I now have 2 favorite tools in my den to combat the growth on my head and face.

So as I finish this post I'm reminded of a few thoughts.

    1. Aggression is in the hand, not in the razor.

    2. Technique trumps tools.

    3. A sharp blade, always use a sharp blade.

    4. Can this be considered a straight razor or shavette, with a handle?

    Enjoy!

  20. 2 changes for today:

    prep-NiveaMen Bodywash(in lukewarm shower)
    shave-Stoylin Glacial Electric Sheep
    brush-Stoylin Midsized Synthetic
    Razor-Gillette Sensor Deuce Pivot DisposeABLE
    A.S.-Clubman Reserve Gent's Gin

A power failure hit my area for almost 5 hours from mid afternoon to early evening. For a while, I wasn't sure I'd be shaving today, but thankfully all is well. Another great shave, with the only glitch being a Knick around the Adams Apple area of Cactus Nation. 2 passes.Closed again with AB Millionaire for Men Cologne. Good stuff from Doc Lomani of Paris(I dunno the man's first name). As Outstanding As It Gets.
