Well now that's just so sad ..... I found no haul for September ....... Wait a minute I found it right here. If you got some goodies post them here to share the joy with all.
Now I remember why I was looking for it ..... to post some of my goodies. Now here's a strange one ..... Last month I purchased a vintage Brooks B72 saddle for a new bike build. Well when it came in the seller sent the wrong saddle, so I quickly returned it to him and requested the proper saddle. Less than a week later he received it then another week I receive the correct one. Two days later he gave me a full refund ..... I asked why and he said he appreciated me returning the other saddle (course the other saddle was worth twice mine, but it looked hideous). Today I picked up a few vintage bicycles ..... four to be exact. A 1978 Schwinn camelback Varsity (for the frame) two more vintage Schwinn (for various parts) and a Vintage Ross. Today I got the following. From PAA I got Lather Blaster 3000 & Planet Phoenix soap and aftershave. From Pasteur Pharmacy I got a Fatip Zebrano wood Testina Gentile safety razor. Not shown: Extro Cosmesi British Leather aftershave from Pasteur and Vloid shave soap from PAA. I’m saving them for either my birthday or holiday.
Another casualty of reformulation. It was basically Derby soap in another package. No more. Once I got this and verified that he still has the old formula I ordered a few more. Also extinct: Ontario Knife Company is no more. So I grabbed a RAT-3 while there's still a few to be had. And threw in his big brother while I was at it.
Got it for a nice price on the bay. Mainly just wanted the blade dispenser, but the razor looks like it's never been used. Win-win.

Happy birthday to me 30 days early. Found this Gillette Pocket Edition at The Garage on 25. The serial number puts its manufacture year at 1914, my Dad's birth year. It has one bent tooth and looks well used. I am very happy. It is my first and only Pocket Edition.
Nice! I bought one of those at an antique store years ago and liked it well enough. Now I use that handle exclusively with a Gillette New head and it’s one of my favorite razors. Keep that handle for sure.
